Affordable Housing Product for First time Home Buyers
Families that pay more than 30 percent of their income for housing are considered cost burdened and may have difficulty affording necessities such as food, clothing, transportation, and medical care. The lack of affordable housing is a significant hardship for low and moderate income households, which include income up to 100 percent of HUD median income, adjusted for family size.*
Helping borrowers become home owners is a primary goal for Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union. When more low-income and moderate-income borrowers (up to 100 percent of the HUD median income) purchase homes the entire community will benefit.
Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union’s affordable housing programs make a real difference. Contact one of our Mortgage Loan Officers today!
