Carolina Foothills Financial Credit Union Holiday Mobile Wallet Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations

Eligibility: The Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union Holiday Mobile Wallet Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who must have either a Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter: Each qualifying cardholder who makes a purchase with their Carolina Foothills Credit Card or Debit Card during the promotional period will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Each transaction is considered one entry, with the number of entries limited to 10 each per credit and debit card, per cardholder. There is no minimum purchase amount for the transaction to qualify.

Qualifying purchases must be made through Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay, and meet all promotional requirements. Returns, reversals, canceled transactions, person-to-person payments, ATM transactions, and other cash-equivalent transactions do not qualify.

Mobile wallet purchases are tracked by Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without making a purchase, participants can handwrite their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3x5 inch piece of paper. Each entry should be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union; PO Box 1411, Spartanburg, SC 29304. All entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026, to be eligible for the drawing. Limit one entry per envelope.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Prize(s) valued at $600 or more will be reported as income to the winner(s) and winners may be required to provide their social security number for tax reporting purposes.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Carolina Foothills Financial Credit Union which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Carolina Foothills Financial Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules and Regulations.

Publicity: By accepting a prize, the winner(s) consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Carolina Foothills Financial Credit Union and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.
