What is Business iPay?

You know more than anybody how difficult it can be to run a business, between paying bills and paying employees, we are here to help you and move your business forward. One of the ways we do that is through Business iPay. Pay your bills in minutes instead of hours and without the hassle of stamps, envelopes, checks, and trips to the post office. In addition to paying bills, enjoy access to payroll for your staff and easy tax payments. You can also give access to other employees to manage accounts payable and payroll.

With Business iPay, you can:

  • Set up reminders

  • Make direct payments via ACH transfer

  • Set up and process payroll for direct deposit and bonuses for employees

  • See both scheduled and processed transactions

  • Chat with a bill pay representative

  • View messages

  • Easily import information from Quickbooks, Excel, or other programs

  • View a company calendar to see upcoming payments and payroll

  • $15/month service charge

Who is Eligible?

If you’re a Carolina Foothills business member in good standing with a business checking account, you’re good to go!

How do I sign up?

New users simply login to your online banking through Carolina Foothills and click the link for Bill Pay. Please note, corporate members who have used our previous Bill Pay service will need to be converted to the new Bill Pay system. You can do this by calling us at 1.800.922.4403 or emailing businessservices@carolinafoothillsfcu.coop.
